Our History

We started in 2020 with the purchase and sale of residential land lots in Cape Coral, Placida, Lehigh Acres, Orlando, Palm Bay, and Ocala. In 2022, we outsourced the construction.
Starting in 2024, we will carry out real estate developments directly, using our own architectural models and exercising direct control over resources to guarantee investors security and profitability.
We are local real estate developers. We personally supervise construction projects, hire private inspectors, and negotiate directly for materials and labor to ensure quality, guarantees, and accountability throughout the process.
